Total number of people who did not vote at centers A and B,

$N_{I} = \frac{2100 \times (100 - 80)}{100} + \frac{1750 \times (180 - 80)}{100} = 770$

Similarly, total number of people who did not vote a centers D and E.

$N_{I I} = \frac{2400 \times (100 - 76)}{100} + \frac{2000 \times (100 - 85)}{100} = 876$
