First comes “Division”, then “Multiplication”, then “Addition” and finally “Subtraction”

$56 - 36 \div 4 \times 2 + 7$
$= 56 - 9 \times 2 + 7$ [ $∵ 36 \div 4 = 9$ ]
$= 56 - 18 + 7$ [ $∵ 9 \times 2 = 18$ ]
$= 63 - 18$ [ $∵ 56 + 7 = 63$ ]
$= 45$
