Easiest way, to solve Quadratic Equation is Middle term factorization method.
$$\begin{gathered} x^2-61x+900=0 \\ \Rightarrow x^2-36x-25x+900=0 \\ \Rightarrow x(x-36)-25(x-36)=0 \\ \Rightarrow (x-25)(x-36)=0 \\ x=25\&36 \end{gathered}$$
