What is the effect of temperature on solubilty of solid in a liquid?

Solution
Solution:
Solute dissolves in a solvent and a solution is formed.
The substance which is dissolved in the solution is the solute and the medium in which the substance is dissolved is called the solvent
The states of solute and solvent vary, they can be solid, liquid, and gas
For the solution of solid in liquid, we can take an example i.e., sugar solution (sugar in water)
Solubility:
The maximum amount of solute that can be dissolved in a given amount of solvent at a given temperature is called solubility
When we increase the temperature, the solubility of solid in liquid increases i.e., the solvent (water) is getting the energy to break the solute (sugar) molecules, thereby increasing the solubility of a solute in the solvent.
Therefore, the solubility of solid in liquid increases with increasing temperature
