The correct option is D y = 7
Standard equation of line is y=mx+c ....... (1)
Compairing with the given line y=4 we get the slope of line as 0 i.e. m=0
Substituting the points in (1) we get
7=0×3+c
c=7
Substituting the value of c and m in (1) we get,
y=7
Hence, the equation of line parallel to the line y=4 is given by y=7.
