The correct option is A 43 μF
Since, the circuit is symmetrical about the line AB. So there is no charge will accumulate on middle capacitors (1 μF). Thus, middle capacitors become ineffective, and we can remove it.


Since, capacitors above and below the line AB are in series, so their equivalent capacitance will be

1Ceq=11+13+19+127+.......

Using infinite G.P.,

1Ceq=1113=32 (S=a/(1r))

Ceq=23

Now, circuit can be redrawn as
Both capacitors are in parallel. So, equivalent capacitance,

CAB=23+23=43 μF

Therefore, option (A) is correct.
