The correct option is A 8 Ω
Effective resistance of the resistance between C and D=R×2RR+2R=23R
(Two resistors are in series, the combination of which is in parallel with the third one)
Total resistance between A and B=R+23R+R
=83R
Given, R=3 Ω
Therefore, total resistance =83×3=8 Ω
