Solution

When a fragment of chromosomes has undergone deletion mutation; this broken fragment will join with other chromosome and it is known as the translocation. Another fate of the broken fragment is that this fragment will rotate at 180 degree and rejoin in its original place. This type of chromosomal mutation is termed as inversion.
