The correct option is A $$R=1-\dfrac{6\sum d_{i}^{2}}{n(n^{2}-1)}$$
When ranks are not repeated Speraman's rank coefficient $$=R=1-\dfrac { 6\sum { { d }_{ i }^{ 2 } }  }{ n({ n }^{ 2 }-1) } $$
 $$'n'$$ is the number of observations
$$'{ d }_{ i }'$$ is the difference in rank for  $${i}^{th}$$ observation.
So option $$B$$ is corrrect.
