(i) For F < 32 km

$h_W=0.032\sqrt{VF}+0.763-0.271{\left(F\right)}^{3/4}$

(ii) For F> 32 km

$h_W=0.032\sqrt{VF}$

where V is wind velocity in km/hr and F is fetch in km.
$\therefore h_W=0.032\sqrt{80\times 50}$

$=2.02m$
