Biotechnology is a broadly defined application of knowledge in life science to create products or services that are beneficial to humans. Biotechnology derives much innovation in the agricultural sciences. For example use of biotechnology tools to develop crops that are resistant to pest and disease, to derive biofuels from various field stock and produce enzymes that improve animal feed efficiency. Biotechnology also used in a variety of industries from enhancing the quality and efficiency of food production to producing new medicines and vaccines and also involved in the direct improvement of human health like diagnosis tests, medical device, laboratory services and many others.
