Open in App
Solution

Dear student.

DNA is a genetic material present in the nucleus of the cell required for the survival of an organisms. All cells must replicate their DNA prior to cell division. This ensures that each new cell produced receives all of the genetic material necessary to survive and reproduce. The importance of this process is the genetic information is passed on from generation to generation. Also the DNA in a cell contains the genetic information to make an entire organism. so DNA replication is important for the survival of cells or living organisms.
