Sesame seeds are one of the oldest oilseed crops being cultivated from 3000 years ago.

Sesame has very high benefits. 100gram dries old sesame seed has 573 kilo calories, 5% water, 23% carbohydrates, 12% dietary fiber, 50% fat and 18% protein.

The flour after oil extraction contains 35-50% protein and carbohydrates.

This flour which is also called as sesame meal is used as livestock and poultry feed.
