Specific latent heat of vaporization is the amount of heat required to convert a unit mass of the substance from a liquid state to a vapor state at its boiling point.
This is the same as the amount of heat taken while condensation.
Hence, numerically specific latent heat of vaporization and specific latent heat of condensation is equal.
