The correct option is C 297
Here,
the length of the floor is 9m99cm=999m
the width of the floor is 4m7cm=407m
The area of the floor is therefore (lengthwidth)=(999407)m2=406593m2
Now, for a number of tiles, to completely cover the whole floor, if we divided the whole area by the number of tiles, should give the area of one tile.
On doing so for A, B & D, we get fractional result, which indicates that this number of tiles won't fully cover the floor. For C,
area of one tile is 406593297=1369m2=372m2, which indicates a tile with side 37m.

Hence, the answer is C.
