$y=\frac{4}{3}x+c$

Putting the point $(6,4)$ in the above equation e get

$4=\frac{4}{3}6+c$

$=>4=8+c$

$=>c=-4$

Putting the value of $c$

$y=\frac{4}{3}x-4$

$=>y=\frac{4}{3}0-4$ [since $x=0$ origin]

$=>y=-4$

$\therefore$ two points are $(6,4)$ and $(0,-4)$

The lenght of the line is

$\sqrt{6^2+8^2}$

$=\sqrt{36+64}$
