Solution

The major reason behind trade between, nations is that countries cannot produce equally well or cheaply all that they need. It is because of the unequal distribution of natural resources among them or differences in their productivity levels. Moreover the availability of raw material technology and so on creates differences in the production costs among different nations due to various, socioeconomic, geographical and political reasons.
