A flower has two different parts: Vegetative part and Reproductive part.
The vegetative parts of a flower are petals and sepals.
The reproductive parts of a flower are stamen and pistil.
Stamen is the male reproductive part
of the flower while pistil is the female reproductive part of the flower.
Stamen:
Stamen is also known as androecium.
The stamen consists of two parts: Anther and Filaments.
The anther looks like a yellow sac-like structure and it produces and stores pollen grains.
The filament looks slender and thread-like and supports the anther.
