  4. Stamen is the male reproductive part of the flower while pistil is the female reproductive part of the flower.

Stamen:

  1. Stamen is also known as androecium.
  2. The stamen consists of two parts: Anther and Filaments.
  3. The anther looks like a yellow sac-like structure and it produces and stores pollen grains.
  4. The filament looks slender and thread-like and supports the anther.
