Equilibrium point of any system is defined as the point where the sum of all the external forces is zero.
For a differential Eqⁿ it can be find out by putting First derivative of Eqⁿ to zero.
The equ. of point of sin^​2wt is 1/2 means that it is stable point (where value of w is most stable).It goes to and fro about this point.
