What is the mechanism of peroxisome?

Peroxisomes digest very long fatty acids by a process called beta oxidation.
Remove hydrogen from organic substances to form H2O2.
Convert H2O2 in to H2O and O2 by another enzyme called catalase.
So such metabolic reactions are brought by peroxisomes.
They have all these enzymes to bring such reactions to occur.
