  3. When the bladder becomes full, the stretch receptors in the bladder increase the rate of urine discharge.
  4. The increase in the rate of urine discharge causes micturition reflex.
  5. Thus, the neural mechanism that causes the release of urine from the body is known as micturition reflex.
