What is the minimum interior angle possible for a regular polygon? Why?

Open in App
Solution

The equilateral triangle is a regular polygon with the least value for sum of all interior angles. So, it also has the minimum interior angle possible for a regular polygon.
Sum of all the angles of a triangle = 180
Considering each angle as x,
x+x+x=180
3x=180
x=60
