  2. Approximately 96% of the human body weight consist of Oxygen, Carbon, Hydrogen, and Nitrogen.
  3. Oxygen is the most abundant element in the Human Body 61%-65% of human body weight consists of Oxygen.
  4. As we know that our body consists of 65% of water in it. As in water molecules, there are many more Hydrogen atoms in comparison to Oxygen, where each Oxygen atom is 16 times more massive than the Hydrogen atom. Thus, the mass of Oxygen is greater than Hydrogen in the body.
  5. Calcium, Sodium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, and Potassium, etc are present in the body in a very small amount.
