What is the name of the sequence of base pairs which reads same on the two strands of DNA when orientation of reading is kept same?

Solution

The palindromic sequences are the sequences of the nucleotides which reads same from either side, that is forward and backward. These are the sequences which are present on the DNA or RNA double helix. The sequence is the same when reading from 5' to 3' on one strand and 3' to 5' on the other.
