Dear student, Resources are the gifts of nature and are essential for human survival. They need to properly utilized without any wastage. As wastage of resources lead to its depletion especially those which are non renewable like coal and minerals. Moreover, indiscriminate use of resources also give rise to ecological issues such as global warming, pollution etc. Hence development of resources becomes necessary through resource management and planning.
