Bowley's skewness is calculated using the following formula:
$\frac{Q_{3} + Q_{1} - 2 Q_{2}}{Q_{3} - Q_{1}}$
Hence, the required quartile skewness coefficient is $\frac{Q_{3} + Q_{1} - 2 Q_{2}}{Q_{3} - Q_{1}}$ .
