Open in App
Solution

A prime number is a natural number that has only two factors: 1 and the numer itself.

A number which is greater than 1 and is not prime is called a composite number.

The least prime number is 2 and the least composite number is 4
( 1 is neither prime nor composite).

Ratio of the least prime number to the least composite number = 24 = 12 i.e. 1 : 2.

The required ratio is 1 : 2.
