What is the relationship between wind speed and air presure

The speed of the wind is mainly depended on the difference in air pressure between two location per unit of distance between the two location. This is also termed as the pressure gradient. Therefore, the wind speed increases between two locations if :

1. The pressure between the two locations is increased while the distance between the two locations are same.
2.The distance between the locations is decreased while the difference in pressure is same.
3. The pressure between the locations is increased and the distance between the two locations is also decreased.
