What is the role of State goverment in providing health services to the people

The State government can provide quality health care services to the people in the following ways
1) It can increase the number public hospitals with latest technology and equipments and offer medical service to people at minimal cost
2) Can organise free medical camps wherein trained medical practitioners and doctors can analyse and diagnose the people living in a region
3) Can spread basic awareness among the people during rainy season about the spread of diseases and teach them to take precautionary steps against the attack of the diseases
