Open in App
Solution

Dear student,
  • Thrombokinase is an enzyme liberated from blood platelets that convert prothrombin into thrombin as blood starts to clot.
  • Fibrinogen is also known as factor I. It is a glycoprotein that circulates in the vertebrate's blood which during blood clotting enzymatically converted by thrombin to fibrin that clot to stop excessive bleeding.
