In covalent compound all are non-metals and hence the following rules should be applied:

*use prefixes in front of the names if needed, and suffix of or ending with -ide"
*Never use the prefix mono for the first element"

Use prefixes of di = 2, tri = 3, tetra = 4, Penta = 5 etc. in front of the second element.
