●Semi autonomous--
There also exist two semi autonomous organelle, which are mitochondria (plant & animal cell) and plastid (plant cell). Because they both have their own DNA unlike other cell organelles, but they are not completelyindependent in terms of function, for some protein they are dependent upon Nucleus.
●Self replicating cell organelles--
Mitochondria and Chloroplasts – The Power Generators. Mitochondria are self-replicating organelles that occur in various numbers, shapes, and sizes in the cytoplasm of all eukaryotic cells. As mentioned earlier, mitochondriacontain their own genome that is separate and distinct from the nucleargenome of a cell.
●Self replicating--
Self-replication is any behavior of a dynamical system that yields construction of an identical copy of itself. Biological cells, given suitable environments, reproduce by cell division. During cell division, DNA is replicated and can be transmitted to offspring during reproduction.
