Solution

The correct option is C Rough endoplasmic reticulum Golgi Apparatus Cell membrane
The protein which is secreted by a cell is called secretory protein. These proteins are synthesized by ribosomes attached to the endoplasmic reticulum (rough endoplasmic reticulum). Then these proteins are transported to cis-Golgi apparatus from rough endoplasmic reticulum in the form of vesicles, where different kinds of modification take place like the addition of sugars. After modification, these proteins are again packed in vesicles which fuse with the cell membrane and secreted out of the cell.
Thus the correct answer is option D.
