What is the similarity between cork cambium and interfascicular cambium?

Cork cambium is a meristematic tissue that lies beneath the epidermis forming cork to the outside and secondary cortex to the inside during the secondary growth. Whereas, inter-fascicular cambium is a strip of cambium found in between two intra-fascicular cambia from the cells of medullary cells.
