Slope of a graphs is two ratio of the quantity in $y-$axis and quantity in $x-$axis at a point. In other words it is the tangent of the angle made by the point on graph with $x-$axis

Also,

Slope $=\tan \theta =\frac{dy}{dx}$

In $x-t$ graph

Slope $=\frac{dx}{dt}=$ velocity at time $t^x$

In $v-t$ graph

Slope $=\frac{dv}{dt}=$ acceleration at time $t$.
