Question

what is the sum of all the angles of a rhombus?

Open in App
Solution

A quadrilateral is a type of polygon with four sides and four vertices.A rhombus is a type of quadrilatral whose all four sides are equal and the diagonals of which are perpendicular bisectors of each other.Note that the rhombus can be divided into two triangles by joining any one of its diagonal.Since by angle sum property of triangles, the sum of three angles of triangle is 180°So the sum of angles of two such triangles is 180°+180°=360°Hence the sum of all four interior angles in a rhombus is 360°
