The correct option is B 5
We get the zero of a polynomial by equating the polynomial to zero

$∴$ Zero of $p (x)$ $\Rightarrow$ $3 x - 6 = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $3 x = 6$
$\Rightarrow$ $x = 2$

Also, Zero of $q (x)$ $\Rightarrow$ $4 x - 12 = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $4 x = 12$
$\Rightarrow$ $x = 3$

Sum of zeroes = 2 + 3 = 5
