Given, base side length of 9cm and a slant height of 7cm

The surface area of the square pyramid = Area of base + area of lateral surface

Area of base is square, and Area of lateral surface is triangle.

The surface area of the square pyramid =9×9+4×12×9×7

The surface area of the square pyramid =(81+126)cm2=207cm2
