A balanced stoichiometric chemical equation in which heat evolved(exothermic thermochemical reaction) or absorbed(endothermic thermochemical reaction) is shown.

Example of thermochemical reaction :

This reaction indicates the amount of heat released hence it is a thermochemical reaction.
