Solution

When we press the switch, the flexible strip easily gets attracted to the electromagnet. This attraction of strip with the electromagnet activates the sticker which then hits the gong and the sound is produced. Also, this strip easily comes back to its initial position due to elastic property when the electromagnet goes off.
