Given equation 2y=5x+7

Rewriting the equation in standard form,

5x2y+7=0

On comparing the above equation with standard form ax + by + c = 0, we get

c = 7

Now, the given equation can also be written as

5x+2y7=0
(By multiplying both the sides by (-1))

On comparing the above equation with standard form ax + by + c = 0, we get

c = -7

The value of c will be 7 or -7.
