Length of the rectangle $(l) = (x + 4) c m$
Breadth of the rectangle $(b) = (3 x - 2) c m$
We know, Perimeter of the rectangle $= 2 (l + b)$
$= 2 [(x + 4) + (3 x - 2)]$
$= 2 (4 x + 2)$
