Open in App
Solution

Dear Student
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
where length=l
width(breadth), =b

Given
perimeter = 30cm
length, l = 9.5cm

breadth, b = b

Therefore
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2(9.5 + b)
30 = 2(9.5 + b)
15 = 9.5 + b
b = 15 - 9.5
= 5.5
width = 5.5 cm
