As the term it self suggests the tube with in tube plan is a type of body plan in with a tube is present inside another tube. It is found in more complex organisms. The organisms that have this type of body plan have alimentary canal having one opening at the anterior end and another at posterior end for the elimination of waste. This tube is present inside another tube which is called coelom.
