Another name for vitamin K is Phylloquinone. It is important for blood clotting.If the vitamin is deficient in the body ,blood clotting gets delayed which is harmful to the body.Broccoli,green leafy vegetables are rich sources of vitamin K.
It is a fat soluble vitamins which means it does not dissolve in water.
