The correct option is B potential to kinetic energy
potential energy the energy possessed by a body by virtue of its position relative to others, stresses within itself. when a body is at certain height it posses some potential energy due to its relative position with respect to earth and then some of its potential energy changes to kinetic energy when it falls by some distance.
also if there is some friction then some part of energy will be converted to heat energy. But total energy will be conserved
potential energy = kinetic energy + heat energy
so both option B,C are possible.
and if body fall in vacuum means no frictional losses occurs then only option B is correct.
