What makes HDPE have density and strength as compared to LDPE

Open in App
Solution

ws

HDPE is stronger than LDPE in following terms:

  • High-density polyethylene has good impact resistance and tensile strength than LDPE polymers.
  • The resins can be easily processed by all thermoplastic methods.
  • These plastics are highly resistant towards chemicals, corrosion and climate changes as compared to LDPE
  • Plastics produced from HDPE materials are more durable, flexible, and strong and light weighted.
