Aerobic pathway:

  1. The metabolic process that takes place inside the cell in the occurrence of oxygen is referred to as the aerobic respiratory pathway.

  3. It doesn’t utilize oxygen directly, the NADH and FADH2 are produced in the citric acid cycle.
  4. It transfers its electrons in the electron transport chain, where oxygen acts as the terminal electron acceptor.
