Solution
A banana is a solid object with an irregular shape. Volume of an irregularly shaped solid is found by change in volume of water after immersing it in water.
In a calibrated container, some amount of water is taken.
The reading of the volume of water is noted down.
After the banana is dipped in water, the next reading of the volume of water is taken.
The difference in two readings will be equal to the volume of the banana.
