The reaction involved is
NH3+H2ONH+4+OH
Kb=[NH+4][OH][NH3](1)
From above reaction it is clear that equilibrium concentration of [OH] is same as equilibrium concentration of [NH+4]

[NH3]=[OH]2Kb
